We’re looking for a Head of University Recruiting that is motivated to lead our university portfolio (hiring + programming both domestically and internationally) and a team of high velocity recruiters and program managers searching for and fostering the best early career talent in the tech space. You’ll be responsible for developing and driving our holistic university strategy and find yourself partnering directly with leadership across the organization to lead and create a strategy to help us find, attract, hire, and retain great early career talent. We’ll look to you to influence existing processes and programs while owning strategy and recommendations for future improvements including designing processes that drive towards scalability, efficiency, velocity and an enhanced candidate experience. As a programs and talent hiring expert, the team will look to you to provide direction and mentorship in order to overcome obstacles and plan for the best path forward. What you’ll do:
In partnership with stakeholders, establish vision, strategy, and success for a high functioning university team (hiring + programs management); how can we scale university offerings across the globe
Build, lead, motivate, manage and mentor a high-performing team, including recruiters and program managers. A large part of your role will be organizational design and scaling the team to meet the needs of the business.
Create and drive all campus recruiting strategies, initiatives, and events with a focus on virtual and distributed approach
Design and execute year-round strategies and programs to strengthen our brand and presence at targeted universities across the globe
Analyze and report on progress consistently; use data, tools, and prior knowledge to load balance, quickly and nibley shift resources, and scale to meet the demands of the business
Work closely stakeholders and support teams to create an exceptional, inclusive, and structured interview experience
Establish, implement and maintain effective cross-functional processes and workflows to anticipate, understand, prioritize and exceed the needs and requirements of our candidates and business partners
Drive towards consistency and standardization, eliminating inefficiencies
