About the role

  • The Business Recruiter, GTM, will own the strategy and process for a range of digital marketing and business roles for Rokt’s NYC location


  • Deliver results for multiple disciplines, skill pipelines and locations (sourcing through close)
  • Follow and optimize recruiting processes to attract the best talent and build robust pipelines - using internal and external sourcing functions, recruitment marketing and social media, deep knowledge of the latest sourcing tools and programs
  • Ensure top-notch candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Lead hiring strategy meetings and ensure consistent, objective hiring processes for every search
  • Partner with the People team and key stakeholders to follow all people ops and recruitment processes
  • Maintain ATS data integrity


  • 2+ years of recruiting or related experience
  • In-house recruiting experience with advertising or media agency, or staffing agency with relevant MarTech or AdTech clients
  • Knowledge of industry-leading recruitment practices
  • Intellectual curiosity and empathy that enables you to match highly-skilled candidates with opportunities at Rokt
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Flexibility to partner with global teammates and stakeholders
  • Experience with EDI hiring strategies
  • Ability to think of new and creative ways to build our talent pipelines
