WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
The talent research specialist will create and execute strategies to identify and attract accomplished and diverse candidates for positions throughout the firm. The work will involve collaborating with colleagues in Recruiting, as well as with hiring managers, to critically assess talent markets. This individual will craft research plans to map a wide range of executive, niche, technical, investment, and other candidate populations and will thoughtfully engage prospective candidates to better understand their professional and academic experience, interests, and motivations. This role also provides the opportunity to measure the impact of talent sourcing methods in a rigorous, data-driven way.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Candidates should have at least four years of experience sourcing exceptional passive candidates in a search firm and/or in-house environment, including experience finding and engaging diverse talent.
• Individuals with the ability to balance thorough research with a creative approach to problem solving will excel in this role.
• Critical thinkers with excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills are highly sought after.
• We welcome individuals with varying degree levels (BA, BS, MS, Ph.D.) from any field of study, as our firm has a long history of hiring applicants from the humanities and social sciences.
