About the role

  • The mission of this role is to hire technical talent for Rokt’s R&D team, primary focused on software engineers, to help us build the best in class technical teams!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver results for technology hires across multiple skill pipelines and locations (sourcing through close)
  • Follow and optimize recruiting processes to attract the best talent and build robust pipelines - using internal and external sourcing functions, recruitment marketing and social media, deep knowledge of bleeding-edge sourcing tools and programs
  • Lead kick-off and candidate debrief meetings and ensure consistent, objective hiring process for every search
  • Partner with the People team and key stakeholders to follow all people ops and recruitment processes
  • Maintain ATS data integrity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting or related experience
  • Knowledge of industry-leading technology recruitment practices
  • Intellectual curiosity and empathy that enables you understand and match highly-skilled technical candidates with opportunities at Rokt
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Flexibility to partner with global teammates and stakeholders
  • Experience with EDI hiring strategies
  • An intellectual curiosity for the technical recruiting space with the ability to think of new and creative ways to build our technical talent pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to screen technical candidates, capture screening notes, own process steps across technical hiring workflows, follow data-driven reporting protocols.
