Zoox is seeking a University Relations Recruiter to drive recruitment and operations for our internship program and university outreach efforts. In this role, you will assist with the hiring process for our internship program by screening resumes, strategically sourcing candidates, and coordinating interview processes. Over time, you will define and implement improvements to grow Zoox’s presence at colleges and universities to ensure our outreach aligns with the recruitment priorities of the business.

Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a technical industry
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with public speaking
• BA/BS and 1+ year of recruiting experience

Responsibilities

• Source intern candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
• Work with hiring managers across the business to understand recruiting needs and identify strategic gaps to improve the university outreach program through a targeted approach
• Plan and drive Zoox’s presence at college fairs, information sessions, and connect with campus groups relevant to Zoox’s hiring plan
